Both you and your writer have the ability to send a message.<\/p>\n<p>If your writer is not online, they will get an email with your message.<\/p>\n<p>This is a handy feature for your writer if they are looking for more information or specification on your order.<\/p>\n<p>Most of our high volume users like to use the chat feature to open up the lines of communication and build a relationship with their writers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today on Feature Friday, Jovita demonstrates how you are able to communicate with your writer.
