It helps improve readability.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edwards also reaches for ProWritingAid, highlighting its <a href=\"https:\/\/prowritingaid.com\/en\/App\/WritingReports\">in-depth reports<\/a> that focus on different elements of your writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Most reports are included in the free version and span helpful results from words I use too often to clich\u00e9s,&#8221; she says. &#8220;I&#8217;ll be honest \u2014 my biggest struggle is not accidentally speaking in a passive voice. Both Grammarly and ProWritingAid help me catch those instances when I fall into old habits.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While ProWritingAid is powerful, Cornshaw notes that speed can be an issue. &#8220;[It] can be a bit laggy sometimes and is not as fast and user-friendly as&#8230;competitors like Grammarly,&#8221; he adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ProWritingAid_at_a_Glance\"><\/span><strong>ProWritingAid at a Glance<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Integrates with MS Word, Google Docs, Scrivener, Open Office and Final Draft.
